I am discouraged!
When I look in the mirror I see significant differences...
and yet in a picture the stark realization that I still have so far to go is glaring!
I wish my brain saw what I can now see in pictures...
maybe I could have gotten control of this beast long ago...
maybe my brain helps to protect me...
maybe I need to see my real worth...
maybe I need some sunshine...
and a bike ride!
